Your first 14 days are free, starting the day I send you the onboarding form. If your system is not live by the end of them, billing does not start. It waits until it is. No partial month, no credit to argue about. You are not charged for something you cannot use yet.
There is no minimum term. On monthly you cancel any month. On quarterly or annual you have paid for that stretch, so it runs to the end of it and then simply does not renew. Your number, your reviews and your domain stay yours either way.
WHAT “LIVE” MEANS
A promise you cannot measure is not a promise, so here is the finish line in plain terms:

Is there a contract?
We build these to run for years, and our best clients will be the ones who stay that long, because it keeps working. There is still no lock-in: quarterly and annual are simply cheaper rates our long-term clients choose. And if you decide we are not the right team, you cancel. There is no notice period and no wind-down fee.
What if I sign up and change my mind?
Your first 14 days are free, so you see the thing running before you have paid anything. After that there is no minimum term. On monthly you cancel any month and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for.
What if I've prepaid a quarter or a year and want out?
The service runs to the end of whatever you have paid for and simply does not renew. I do not refund the unused part of a quarter or a year, which is exactly why month to month exists if you would rather keep it short.
Do prices include tax?
Prices are in Canadian dollars and tax is added where it applies, the same as any other business invoice you get.
What is the setup fee?
There is not one. Plenty of agencies in this space charge a few thousand dollars just to get started. We do not.
Are those prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every number on this page is CAD. Worth checking when you compare us to an American agency, because their $297 is not your $297.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
No. If yours works, keep it and we will connect the system to it. If it does not, building you one is included at no extra charge.
